R&R Outdoor R&R Spa – Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to our Outdoor R&R Spa, which includes hot tubs, ice tubs, a sauna, and relaxation facilities. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please carefully read and adhere to the following Terms & Conditions of Use. By accessing or using the R&R Spa facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Use & Access

  • The R&R Spa facilities are unattended and used at your own risk.

  • Minimum age for access is 16 years. Children under 16 are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Health & Safety

  • If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before use.

  • Do not use the hot tubs or sauna while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair judgment.

  • Guests must shower before entering the hot tub or sauna.

  • Glass containers, food, and drink are not allowed, except drinks purchased on the premises in plastic containers.

  • Running, diving, or any kind of inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of Facilities

  • Limit time in the sauna or hot tubs to 15 minutes per session for health reasons.

  • Always sit on a towel in the sauna for hygiene purposes.

  • Proper swimwear must be worn at all times; nudity is not permitted.

  • Facilities may be closed temporarily without notice for maintenance or safety reasons.

4. Use of Fake Tan & Skin Products

To protect water quality and the integrity of our spa systems:

  • Use of fake tan, body oils, heavy moisturizers, or similar products that may wash off in the water is strictly prohibited.

  • These substances can stain surfaces, clog filters, and require extensive cleaning.

  • Guests found in violation may be liable for additional cleaning or maintenance charges.

5. Towels & Robes Policy

  • Towels and robes are provided in guest bedrooms upon arrival.

  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel towels or robes.

6. Liability

  • Use of the R&R Spa is entirely at your own risk.

  • The hotel accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal property arising from spa use.

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused by misuse or failure to comply with these terms.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.

  • Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited.

  • Keep noise to a minimum; avoid loud conversations or music.

  • Offensive, disruptive, or dangerous behaviour may result in removal and possible banning from hotel facilities.

8. CCTV & Monitoring

  • The R&R Spa is monitored by CCTV for safety and security.

  • Although the spa is unattended, staff may perform regular checks to ensure proper use.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the R&R Spa area, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

  • Meet the age and health requirements;

  • Accept full responsibility for your safety and conduct while using the facilities.
