Gift Voucher Terms

Please treat your gift voucher as cash.

1. Validity

1.1 Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase. The purchase date and expiry date are shown on every voucher.

2. Where vouchers can be used

2.1 Vouchers can only be used at Errigal Country House Hotel and the R&R Garden Spa, Cavan Road, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. They cannot be used at the Riverside Spa or anywhere else.

2.2 Vouchers can be used on accommodation, dining, afternoon tea and the R&R Garden Spa.

3. Package vouchers

3.1 Package vouchers (for example VIP Getaway for Two or R&R Spa & Brunch for Two) cover the package as described for 24 months from the date of purchase. After that they become a monetary voucher for the amount paid, usable at the hotel and R&R Garden Spa until the expiry date.

4. Using your voucher

4.1 Booking in advance is required and is subject to availability. Please quote your voucher code when you book and bring your voucher with you.

4.2 To book, call 049 555 6901 or email [email protected].

4.3 Monetary vouchers can be used over more than one visit. Any balance stays on the voucher until it expires, or we can issue a new voucher for the balance with the same expiry date.

4.4 If the name on a voucher doesn’t match the guest’s name, we will correct it free of charge.

5. Lost vouchers and cash

5.1 Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift vouchers.

6. Posted vouchers

6.1 Where a posted voucher is chosen, it is sent by An Post within one working day of the order. Posted orders for Christmas delivery close on 17 December.
